Policies

Every effort will be made to provide for a successful auction sale. While we are not involved in the actual auction, the following terms apply to all listings handles by EASYAUCTIONHOUSE.com:

  • Items must be valued by our staff for a minimum of $25.00 USD prior to listing.

  • Listing an item for auction with EASYAUCTIONHOUSE.com or through eBay does not guarantee sale of the item.

  • By using the eBay site we abide by their policies set forth for selling and buying (http://pages.eBay.com/help/policies/hub.html). By listing an item with EASYAUCTIONHOUSE.com you the client also agree to eBay policies and protections set forth for buyers and sellers.

  • Unsold items must be picked up within 14 days of the end of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Items that have not been sold and are unclaimed within 14 days will be donated to charity.
